Bwinners overview

Bwinners is a sports betting and casino brand serving Zimbabwe at bwinners.co.zw. It offers football and other sports with live betting, a casino section, Aviator and virtual games. Its terms state that USD is the currency of operation.

Licensing. Bwinners' "About Us" page says it is "licensed and regulated under local gaming laws", and its terms say it is subject to Zimbabwean gambling and betting regulations. We did not find a regulator name or licence number on the pages we checked, and we have not yet confirmed its licence with the Lotteries and Gaming Board. We therefore show its licence as "not yet verified".

Deposits and withdrawals. Bwinners' deposit page lists four methods: EcoCash, O'mari, InnBucks and SmileCash, with step-by-step instructions for each, and its website footer also shows OneMoney (checked 27 October 2026). Its withdrawal page describes withdrawals to SmileCash, confirmed with a one-time code. Its FAQ gives a minimum deposit of USD 1 and a minimum sports stake of $0.10, and its terms list a minimum withdrawal of USD 1 and a maximum withdrawal of $1,500 per day.

Rules worth knowing. The terms we read say you may open one account only, that withdrawals over $2,000 need a Zimbabwe-issued ID and proof of residence, that un-wagered deposits withdrawn directly may incur a 10% processing fee, that any unused bonus is forfeited when you request a withdrawal, and that accounts become dormant after 12 months of inactivity. Bets on one ticket are limited to 50 selections.

Support. Bwinners lists a phone and WhatsApp number and support email addresses, and says it responds within 24 to 48 hours.

Registration

Bwinners' home page offers "instant registration" using a Zimbabwean (+263) phone number. You must be 18 or over. Its terms require accurate, up-to-date information and allow one account per person. For withdrawals over $2,000, the terms say you will need a valid Zimbabwe-issued ID and proof of residence, so register with your real details.

Deposits and withdrawals

According to Bwinners' own pages (checked 22 October 2026):

• Withdrawal method shown: SmileCash. You tap Me, then Withdraw, enter the amount, confirm and enter the one-time code (OTP) sent by Bwinners. See our SmileCash withdrawal guide.
• Minimum withdrawal: USD 1. Maximum: $1,500 per day.
• Verification: withdrawals may require full KYC; over $2,000 needs a Zimbabwe-issued ID and proof of residence.
• Fees: un-wagered deposits withdrawn directly may incur a 10% processing fee.
• Bonuses: any unused bonus balance is forfeited when you request a withdrawal.

Important conditions

Bwinners' welcome pack page (checked 22 October 2026) described offers across the first three deposits, each requiring a deposit and a qualifying bet of $2 or more:

• 1st deposit: 150% sports bonus up to $500 plus 10 free spins. Sports bonus only, minimum 5 selections per bet, minimum odds 1.50, 3x wagering on the sports bonus, maximum winnings $500, valid 7 days.
• 2nd deposit: 20 free spins.
• 3rd deposit: 200% bonus up to $300 plus 20 free spins, with similar conditions (maximum winnings $300).
• Real balance is used before bonus balance; requesting a withdrawal with an active bonus forfeits the bonus; free spins are valued at $0.10 each.

Licensing information

We have not yet independently confirmed Bwinners's licence with the regulator. Until we do, we show it as “not yet verified”.
